LiveWires™ puts the tools to evaluate your customers' brand experience into your hands.

LiveWires™ captures your customers' feedback on your brand experience immediately after an interaction or engagement, and reports the feedback in real-time to your own secure online reporting view.

Feedback is captured via:
  • An email or sms invitation sent to the customer to complete a survey online
  • An interviewer intercepting the customer on location to have their feedback recorded on a GPRS Wi-Fi portable tablet PC.
Feedback is reported via:
  • A summary table that enables you to monitor your customer’s responses in real time as they come in
  • Results can be accessed online anytime through ad-hoc enquiry or pre-determined reports
  • A specific contact request from a customer will be flagged in your online reporting view
  • Aggregated pre-determined reports are electronically delivered to you.


The LiveWires™ System

LiveWires™ performs the following steps:

    1. Sends invitations to selected respondents to complete the survey
    2. Monitors the sample against the criteria and quota
    3. Sends the survey to those respondents who meet the sample criteria
    4. Guides respondents through the survey until complete
    5. Collects the responses from completed surveys submitted
    6. Sends the incentive to respondents via email
    7. Collates responses*
    8. Reports results to you in a clean and simple online view

* The summary table allows you to monitor a response as it is completed but an individual’s response and personal details cannot be viewed unless they have requested personal contact and given permission for specific information to be supplied to you (in compliance with Privacy Laws)
